My name is Alexander Muñoz Jones. Welcome to my website.

I grew up in the hill country of central Texas. I left home when I was a late teenager and traveled to many places in the US. Throughout that time I made a living playing a variety of different instruments in a touring ensemble, In venues and on the street.

Music takes prominent role in my life. Wether I’m learning a new fiddle tune, tuning an accordion or scrolling through archives looking for musicians of the past it usually all revolves around something musical.

I moved back to Texas in 2024 and currently reside in the town of San Marcos. I am a full time teacher, musician and accordion repair technician.
